We combine regular home inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, emergency response, property improvements, and technology into one service. Many people own second homes, holiday homes, or investment properties in Portugal, but spend several month a year abroad. Many things can happen while a home is empty: water leaks, humidity and mold, electrical problems or storm damage, pests, problems with A/C, gardens, or pools, blocked drains, or simple deterioration because no one is checking on it.

Regular Property Inspections
Clients subscribe to a monthly property-care plan. Depending on their package, we visit the property and follow a standardized checklist that is recorded digitally and shared after each visit.
Maintenance and repair services
During our routine inspections, we can recommend and install preventative devices like leak alarms.
Preventative measures
If ever an issue is found in an inspections, we can internally manage the repair or work with trusted local professionals to oversee the repair.
